High Complexity Welded Assemblies

Since 1941 we have developed welding process and we perform a broad range of welding technologies. In order to propose the most appropriate solution to our customers, AM applies its welding technologies manually or by welding robots, depending on the product type and order volume, combined with an integrated designing department for jigs and fixtures.

AM’s certified experts combine years of experience over different welding technologies nd in all kinds of steel and nonferrous materials, from basic to specialty dedicated to each application: High strength steel; Armored and ballistic steel; Stainless steel Ferritic Stainless Steel 1.4001; Aluminum.

Assembling

The AM factory provides a full assembly service for vehicles of varying complexity, from painting to the finished product. All operations are possible, including: mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and components, installation of floor coverings, roofs, gluing of windowsand fiberglass elements, instalations of electrical units and harnesses, programming of units, testing and running-in of vehicles.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Forming process for sheet metal to the desired shape using different equipment from top brands Trumpf, Bystronic, Mazak, Haas. The completion of a product usually comprises of many steps – from laser cutting and bending to surface treatment and assembling.

Sheet steel or nonferrous raw materials are processed and assembled to create a larger final product. In order to bind components, processes are used to provide a high-qualityfinish that create a range of products of varying shapes and sizes.
